About Coventry Select
Coventry Select is an independent motor trader specialising in carefully selected Japanese imports and quality used vehicles.
All vehicles are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right to amend vehicle specifications, prices and website content without prior notice.
Website Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate.
However:
- Vehicle specifications may contain errors or omissions.
- Equipment lists may differ from manufacturer specifications.
- Colours shown may vary depending on your screen.
- Mileage displayed is correct to the best of our knowledge but may increase slightly due to vehicle preparation, testing or customer demonstrations.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
Customers should satisfy themselves regarding any specification before purchasing a vehicle.
Vehicle Descriptions
We aim to describe every vehicle honestly and accurately.
Many of our vehicles are imported from Japan and may differ from equivalent UK models in terms of equipment, features or specifications.
Where possible we explain these differences, however customers should confirm that a vehicle meets their individual requirements before purchase.
Images
Photographs are intended to represent the vehicle being offered.
Images form part of the vehicle description but should not be relied upon as the sole representation of a vehicle’s condition or specification.
We recommend viewing the vehicle in person wherever practical.
Viewing and Test Drives
Most vehicles are available to view by appointment.
Test drives are available at our discretion.
Drivers must:
- Hold a valid driving licence.
- Meet our insurance requirements.
- Provide identification if requested.
Deposits
Where a vehicle is reserved, a deposit may be requested.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits reserve a vehicle for an agreed period.
- Deposits may become non-refundable if the customer withdraws after agreeing to purchase the vehicle, subject to their statutory rights.
- If Coventry Select cannot supply the vehicle as agreed, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Vehicle Purchases
A contract for the purchase of a vehicle is only formed once both parties have agreed the sale.
Until that point:
- Prices may be amended.
- Vehicles may be withdrawn from sale.
- Vehicles remain available unless formally reserved.
Finance
Where finance is available, all finance applications are subject to status and lender approval.
Coventry Select does not guarantee that finance will be offered.
Finance is provided by independent finance providers and is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Part Exchange
Any valuation provided for a part exchange is subject to inspection.
Final values may change if the vehicle differs from the description originally provided.
Warranty
Warranty cover, where provided, is subject to the terms of the individual warranty supplied with the vehicle.
Full details will be provided before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website available at all times.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the website for maintenance or technical reasons.
